This debate discussed fuel cells and how they can contribute to address Europe energy and environmental challenges. The presentation first reviewed the benefits provided by fuel cells and hydrogen, outlined important market penetration and deployment initiatives in European Regions and cities and finally described the expected contribution of hydrogen and fuel cells to the European energy portfolio.
