By letter dated 24 January 2002 the European Commission requested the Council's assent, pursuant to Article 55(2)(c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, concerning a Commission Decision on the granting of financial aid for technical coal research projects.
The Council gave the assent requested at its meeting on 18 February 2002.
By letter dated 15 January 2002 the European Commission requested the Council's assent, pursuant to Article 55(2)(c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, concerning the granting of financial aid for 62 technical steel research projects and nine pilot/demonstration or valorisation projects.
The Council gave the assent requested at its meeting on 18 February 2002.
