GEODE Spring Seminar “The new energy market - how success for consumers depends on local energy companies?”

EEF Associate Member GEODE is organising a seminar that will address how the success for consumers in the new energy market design as proposed by the European Commission in late 2016 will depend on the future opportunities local energy companies are given in the transition process towards decentralized and local energy markets. The seminar will look into the wide range of topics that will be addressed in the discussions on the “Clean Energy for All Europeans” package - with particular focus on the customer-energy company interface, the role of distribution networks  - the DSOs - in our changing energy systems, and the smart regulation that will be needed. The seminar will take place on 11 May from 9h00 to 17h00 at The Hotel building in Brussels.
