Westinghouse Nuclear Service Center in Nivelles

This center is a nuclear licensed facility where the crews are trained and the equipment is prepared to carry out repair and maintenance operations in the Nuclear Power Plants throughout the EU.

It gave the visitors the opportunity to learn about the processes and see the tools that are deployed in the nuclear electricity production environment.

The visit was followed by a tour of the nearby Château de Seneffe, kindly organized by Philippe Busquin, MEP, and Bourgmestre of Seneffe.
