As Europe accelerates its decarbonisation efforts while strengthening industrial competitiveness, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) technologies are expected to play an increasingly important role in achieving the EU’s climate objectives.
The time seems right to provide an industry update on how the nascent CO₂ market has been developing in Europe, showcasing existing and planned CCUS projects across the EU and to explore financial, regulatory or technological barriers to further development.
Our expert speakers will present their industry views on the upcoming legislation, the CO₂ transportation infrastructure and markets package, the Industrial Accelerator Act and further elaborate on the role of CCUS technologies in delivering the Clean Industrial Deal.
