The European Energy Forum is honoured to welcome Maroš Šefčovič, Executive Vice-President European Green Deal, Interinstitutional Relations and Foresight for a discussion on the very topical issue of gas purchasing and the EU Energy Platform.
The European Union has seen many developments in energy policy over the past few years, particularly involving the gas sector. In facing the different challenges, policy makers have put a lot of effort in tackling the issue of security of supply while trying to ensure affordable costs for consumers.
The creation of the EU Energy Platform has been a remarkable example of the joint efforts of the public and private sectors.
After the first two tendering rounds, the European Energy Forum is looking forward to gathering its Active and Associate Members for a stimulating exchange on the achievements and future outlook of the EU Energy Platform.
We look forward to meeting you there!
