The European Energy Forum is pleased to invite you to this Energy-debate co-hosted by its Associate Members Edison, Uniper and Moeve.
The discussion will explore the role of different technologies in providing medium- and long-duration energy storage, and their contribution to a flexible and reliable energy system. From pumped hydro storage to hydrogen-based solutions, including the role of electrolysers, our speakers will discuss the policy priorities and framework needed to enable energy storage to support flexibility, resilience and security of supply.
Bringing together perspectives from across the European Union, from Italy, the Iberian Peninsula, Germany and Sweden, the debate will offer an opportunity to exchange views on the challenges and opportunities ahead for energy storage in Europe’s evolving energy needs.
