The discussion will address the importance of energy system integration and technology neutrality, as the EU moves towards net-zero emissions by 2050.

From the complementarity between electrification and green molecules, to energy system flexibility, energy storage and energy efficient solutions such as cogeneration, power-to-heat and district heating, the EEF Associate Members EBA, GD4S and COGEN Europe will showcase how diverse technological pathways can contribute to a resilient, secure, and cost-effective energy system. High-level industry representatives will share opportunities and challenges, drawing on examples from different EU countries to demonstrate how to achieve decarbonisation while maintaining energy affordability, enhancing competitiveness, and supporting clean tech manufacturing in line with the European Commission’s new ambitions.

EEF Members, don’t miss it!
