Edison

 

Edison is a leading Italian and European energy company operating in the supply, production and sale of electricity and gas as well as in energy efficiency and environmental services. It is the second wind energy player in Italy by installed capacity and a leading producer of hydropower, where it has a historical portfolio dating back to the 19th century. It is the second importer of gas and the first importer of LNG in Italy, where it is building last generation high-efficiency CCGTs. Edison has an ambitious development plan for 2030, by when it aims to quadruple its installed wind and solar capacity with an investment of €3 bn. Edison also has projects to further boost its operations in decarbonized gases, alternative mobility, energy efficiency and environmental services.
